Casino
Night! - Del Mar Hilton
UPDATE: What
a night, dinning and gambling with friends cannot get much
better then doing it for a great cause!! Emcee, Beth
Shelburne, led the charge through the evening. Dr. Fuller
gave us some interesting insights into the work being done at PHIMR
and how participants in GCTF's efforts are helping in their
endeavors. With proceeds still coming in from the event,
we have raised a bit over another $1000 thus far. The music and dancing
helped pave the way for a great time too!

Gracie
Fashion Show update! 
We
had a fabulous time at the ranch with Gracie, who featuring
models of all ages in spectacular apparel in the show.
Proceeds raised from the event for GCTF were close to
$3500. We thank all who were able to participate and
donate to the cause! We hope to see you again soon!! [9/07/05]
CUT-A-THON
success!
The
event was covered by KUSI News and Local Channel 8 News!
We were able to raise over $1300.00, and were able to send
$1,000 immediately to
PHIMR for GCT ovarian cancer research. [3/5/05]
A
visit with Dr. Peter Fuller of
the Prince Henry's Institute of Medical Research.
GCTF.org's President recently had the opportunity to meet with
Dr. Fuller in La Jolla, California. Some of the
discussion included conversations about research that is being
pursued at Prince Henry's and possible avenues that we can use
to encourage support for this work. We are grateful for
time together and look forward to future visitations. [3/5/04]

With the generous donations of GCTF.org supporters we have
recently been able to send $10,000 to
the Prince Henry's Institute of
Medical Research located in Australia.
We are very encouraged and value the support of all who would
like to join with us in continuing to search for a cure to

Update:
SPECIAL THANKS
to
all of you who were able to attend Casino Night at the Honalei
Red Lion Hotel. It was a great time for all to gather
round for some fun and good company! Great
response in individual donations to the foundation, and
fundraising from the latest Casino Night have generated
approximately $13,000 to date. [11/29/03]
Woohoo!!
We had a
great time at our first event
last night. After speaking with many attendees, the
desire is that we have events such as this more
often.
We will be considering this over the next few weeks and post
any news or upcoming events here soon. [11/16/03]
Our
first fundraising event will take place on November 15, 2003
at the Hanalei Red Lion Hotel in Mission Valley of San Diego,
